If you use Google login, we will use the following data from your Google account to create an account with Streetify; Email, Name and Google Identification number. We use the email to ensure that your account is linked to you, if an email already exists we match that account. Name so that the account is personalised with your name and finally the identification number to match with googles database so we can verify.
Since we use Google for searches their Terms of Service applies to their services provided via our website or mobile apps.

Any deals on websites, or websites or companies that are available on Streetify that don’t deliver as promised. If you have a problem with any store or advertiser that appears on My Perfect Street, your ‘contract’ is with them, not us.
Any adverts in windows that were not placed by the advertiser – e.g. if a company’s window has an offer put into it by someone mischievous then that company’s easy remedy is to replace that advert with a real one. Contact us if this happens to you and we’ll remove the miscreant permanently from accessing Streetify.
Please regularly check this section for updates because our latest terms and conditions are the ones that apply at any stage.
We will use the contact information that you provide us to contact you where necessary to ensure that our service is operating as intended. We will not email users or members to market any 3rdparty products or services because the whole point to Streetify is to return the decision on what marketing you want, to you the user. However, we may of course contact companies that are using our system to help them get the most out of it.
We will also use your Cookies history to add stores and offers that we think you’ll be interested in.

This policy explains how we use any personal information that you provide to us through our website, app or via email. We may change this policy. We will post any changes on this page, so please check back frequently.

Information we collect from you
If you do not ‘join’, we will not collect any information about you other than cookies and IP address, which are used to manage the service to you (e.g. give you local weather, localise window offers etc.) We will also use your history to add stores with offers that we think you’ll be interested in.
If you choose to become a member we will only use your information to help you get a better service, or to stop you using Streetify if you abuse it, e.g. add events or stores that don’t exist, or add offers that you have not right to add (perhaps to other companies’ windows) or are abusive or are likely to offend others users, or break the law. We will also use your contact details and agreement to these T’s and C’s if you or your company or organisation breaches our copyright.
If you provide an image of yourself we will add it to street signs to improve the appearance of the app. Additionally we may use facial recognition to check your identity to ensure that the correct person is making changes to stores, events and other content in the site.
Information we collect about you
When you use our websites or apps, we automatically collect information about your device, including your IP address, information about your visit (including how you got to our websites) and how you use our services. We may combine this information with other information you have provided to us or which we have received from other sources.
If you provide your image we will use that to persoanlize the appearance of street signs. We may also use facial recognition to ensure that the correct person is making changes to stores, events and other content.
Information we receive from other sources
If you use any of the other websites or services provided by Streetify, or by any website that you view or add to Streetify we may receive information about you or your device in relation to that use, including your IP address, information about your visits how you use the services of the My Perfect Street.
We work closely with third parties (for example, business partners, advertising networks, analytics providers and search information providers) and may receive information about you from them. This could include socio-demographic information and information about your likely interests based on your previous web browsing and purchases. We may combine this information with other information you have provided to us or which we collected about you.
How we use your personal information
We use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Personalising our service to you
- Enriching your experience by suggesting ideas for stores, offers, celebrities, events and high streets.
- Allowing you to participate in our interactive features when you choose to do so.
- Service improvement and account management
- Ensuring that our content is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device.
- Administering our websites and apps and for internal business administration (for example, troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes).
- Protecting our interests and those of third parties and as part of our efforts to keep our services safe and secure.
- Managing and operating your account with us.
- Marketing and advertising
- Providing you and others with information about goods and services that we, other Streetify Companies and selected third parties offer that may interest you or them, which may be based on inferences about your or their likely interests based on your activity on websites operated by Streetify Companies or third parties. These would be provided as idea stores that can appear in any Streets, including yours.
- Customising or enhancing your experience of our services, which may use inferences about your likely interests based on your activity on websites operated by Streetify Companies or third parties.
- Delivering relevant advertising to you in Stores operated by Streetify Companies or third parties or in direct communications from us, which may use inferences about your likely interests based on your activity on websites operated by Streetify Companies or third parties.
- Measuring and understanding the effectiveness of advertising we serve to you and others.
Legal basis for processing
It is in our legitimate interests to use your personal information to operate, improve and promote our services (for example, when we customise your experience of our services or use your information for analytics purposes) and to protect our business. Sometimes, we may process your personal information when it is in the legitimate interests of another company, such as Streetify sister companies or subsidiaries.
If it is necessary for us to use your personal information for us to comply with a legal obligation tax authorities, regulators and other authorities who may act as processors based inside or outside the EU or US may require reporting of processing activities in certain circumstances. We are obliged by law to retain certain information from financial transactions for a minimum of 6 years. Where we suspect a copyright breach by you or any company or organisation that you are involved in, we will retain your personal information for 6 years for legal purposes.
Sharing your personal information
We may outsource our IT infrastructure to another Company, and so we may share your personal information with this Company to help store your data efficiently and securely. Other My Perfect Street Companies may access your personal information to help provide you with services that you request from those My Perfect Street Companies
Advertisers and advertising networks: to serve relevant adverts to you and others
We may provide your personal information to our partner advertisers and advertising networks that require that information to select and serve relevant adverts to you and others. We will not use email to advertise to users.
Analytics and search engine providers: to help us improve our services
We may provide non-personal data about your visit to analytics and search engine providers to help us improve and optimise our services. We generally only share this information in a form that does not directly identify you.
We may also share your personal information with third parties for the following reasons:-

If we sell or buy any business or assets, we may disclose your personal information to the prospective seller or buyer of that business or those assets, along with its professional advisers. If Streetify (or substantially all of its assets) is acquired, personal information held by it about its users will be one of the transferred assets.

We may disclose your personal information to obtain professional advice (for example, from lawyers or financial advisors).
To comply with a legal obligation
We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to a request from law enforcement or another regulatory authority. We may disclose your personal information to enforce our agreements with you or to protect the rights, property or safety of Streetify, its users or others. This includes sharing personal information with other organisations for fraud prevention purposes.
Storing your personal information
We may transfer, store or process your personal information outside of the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or outside the USA. The laws in some countries may not provide as much legal protection for your personal information as in the EEA or USA.
By submitting your personal information, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. Where we use service providers outside the EEA or outside the USA, we rely on approved data transfer mechanisms (for example, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Privacy Shield) to ensure that your personal information is adequately safeguarded in the recipient country.
Where you have a password to enable you to access some parts of our websites or apps, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. You must not share your password with anyone.
We store your data on a cloud based server supplied by a company that is GDPR and PCI Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliant, which has been validated by an authorized independent Qualified Security Assessor. They have implemented physical, administrative and technical measures designed to protect your Personal Data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. These industry-standard safeguards are consistent with the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 standard, and include without limitation encryption of credit card information, password and/or cryptographic key-based authentication controls on servers which house personal information, browser-based secure sockets layer encryption, and other storage system access control mechanisms to protect the integrity of internal databases and prevent unauthorized access.
Unfortunately, transmission of information over the internet is not completely secure. We will do our best to protect your personal information, but we cannot guarantee its security and any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your personal information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access.
We keep your personal information for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. These periods vary depending on the nature of the information and your interactions with us. If you would like to delete your Streetify membership account, please contact us using the details below and we will do so where your account has not been cancelled by us for misuse. If we have cancelled your account for misuse then we will keep your details for a maximum of 6 years to ensure that you do not harm the service again.
In addition to any legal rights and obligations relating to copyright, by clicking on the pop-up on our home page and App opening screens you agree personally and on behalf of any company or organisation that you work for directly or indirectly to respect our copyright. This includes but is not exclusively: graphics, copy, other design and computer code.
Opting Out of Collection of Information by Third Parties
You have the right to ask us not to process your personal information for marketing purposes. You can do this at any time by removing your membership, which will automatically delete any information that you have put into the system (e.g. stores, offers, streets, events etc.).
Data protection law gives you the right to access your personal information, to object to the use of your personal information for certain purposes, and the right to erase, restrict or receive a machine-readable copy of your personal information. You can access and update and delete your Streetify account information in the admin section of the app or website.
If you cannot fulfil your request using these tools or you wish to have your personal data removed, please use our contact system, or contact us using the address below.
We will handle your request in accordance with the law. This means there may be legal reasons why we cannot fulfil all requests.
Links to third party websites
If a larger business (over 3 sites sites or more than $500,000 annual turnover or equivalent local currency) wishes to promote directly via their window, other than through a deal website, then an option will be provided to make Streetify a paid affiliate on normal commission basis. This may come with the facility to stream ads and video.pricing for larger businesses will be different than for smaller businesses and any business that meets the above criteria for a larger business but uses the smaller business ad option will have their ad withdrawn and the option to affiliate with Streetify provided.
